Alicja Kwade

Produced in collaboration with Acute Art

Alicja Kwade’s AR sculptures reference works from her oeuvre. Unlike their physical counterparts, the virtual experiences include movements, sounds and allow for interaction, adding new dimensions to the artworks.

“When Alicja Kwade was young, her father didn’t tell her the usual fairytales at bedtime. Often, just as she was falling asleep, he’d say things like, ‘Just imagine space is endless.’ She did. And still does.”
